Chad is the lead commercial agent of Taylor Allen Properties. With over a decade of industry experience, Chad discovered his passion for real estate during his span in residential sales with Linda Watson Realty. From there, he transitioned to commercial sales at NBI Properties where he thrived for over three years as a top producing agent. In 2013, Chad felt the timing was right and teamed up with his wife and business partner Jen to establish Taylor Allen Properties. Chad specializes in all aspects of commercial from sales to leasing. A longtime resident of the Emerald Coast, Chad studied architecture at Louisiana State University before the Gulf of Mexico once again called him home.

Q: What is your favorite local spot?
A: Anywhere on a boat or on the beach, preferably at sunset.
Q: What is your most amazing travel destination to date?
A: There are many, but if I had to choose one place it’s Chacala, Mexico. It’s a quiet little town on the Pacific Coast that has amazing surf, wonderful local food and is a great place to relax.
Q: What is your idea of a perfect day?
A: Anything that involves my family, a few friends, our sailboat and clear skies.

Q: Why real estate?
A: I love my job. I love the thrill of negotiating a good deal for my customers. Real estate is ever-changing and I feel lucky to be able to do what I do.
