Chris Wooten

Chris Wooten is a Sales and Leasing Advisor with Taylor Allen Properties, specializing in commercial real estate advisory and transaction services across the Fort Walton Beach–Destin–30A Metropolitan Statistical Area. He represents landlords and tenants in office, retail, and industrial leasing, and advises buyers and sellers in investment sales and land transactions for future development.

In addition to his client work, Chris is highly active in industry leadership and advocacy. He currently serves as Commercial Director and Board Member of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (2023–2025), Vice Chair of the Commercial Committee, and a member of the Public Policy Committee. He also holds board positions with the CCIM Florida Chapter, Panhandle District.

In recognition of his leadership, professionalism, and contributions to the commercial real estate community, Chris was named Commercial Area Realtor of the Year for 2025.

Chris combines deep market knowledge, professional education, and strong community involvement to deliver strategic, results-driven solutions for his clients while helping shape and strengthen the commercial real estate landscape along the Emerald Coast.
