Jen Knaepple
Jen is the broker/owner of Taylor Allen Properties. After a successful career working for such companies as NBI Properties, Coldwell Banker and SunTrust Mortgage, Jen joined forces with her husband and business partner Chad to create a boutique commercial and residential real estate company centered on the core principle of integrity. A native of the Emerald Coast, Jen earned her degree in psychology from the University of West Florida. Jen is licensed in Florida and Alabama.

Q&A WITH JEN
Q: What is your favorite local spot?
A: Lapaz in Destin. It is like second home. I worked there through college, so it’s a nostalgic place for me.
Q: What is your most amazing travel destination to date?
A: Italy. I hope to go back one day and show my husband and son all that I experienced. Charleston would be my favorite weekend getaway – amazing food town!
Q: What is your idea of a perfect day?
A: A morning run with friends, followed by something fun outside to entertain my son and I followed by a nice dinner with friends.
Q: Do you have a life motto?
A: I think I mostly try to do what I say I’m going to do. My Grandmother always said, “All you have is your word.” And it stuck.
Q: Why real estate?
A: As a modern mom, a career in real estate has been a great way to balance work and life, and I love the juggle of it all… wife, mother, community volunteer, and entrepreneur. The industry keeps me on my toes and I love helping others navigate their investment needs.
