Stephanie Lankowski

Stephanie grew up in Texas and earned her Master’s degree of Social Work from Baylor University. Over the last 20 years, she has worked with children and families in crisis, transition and military life cycles through counseling and education. Additionally, she accompanied her husband and family throughout his 20 years in the Air Force. While she has lived and traveled abroad, it was Destin that grabbed her family’s hearts and they now call it home. Now as a proud permanent resident of the Emerald Coast, Stephanie is flourishing in selling residential real estate since teaming with Taylor Allen Properties. In the first few months of 2021 alone, she has managed over $1,353,000 transactions!

Q: What is your favorite local spot?

A: I love watching the sunset from Dewey Destin’s bayside restaurant with a basket of steamed shrimp. That will never get old for me.

Q: What is your most amazing travel destination to date?

A: New Zealand. My family and I rented a RV and drove both the North and South Island camping at National Parks, hiking and exploring the country for 13 days. It was epic; it was majestic; it was stunning even unfiltered. Can’t wait to visit again…

Q: What is your idea of a perfect day?

A: The Fourth of July is the epitome of all my favorite things: summer, water sports, BBQ, family and fireworks!!!

Q: Do you have a life motto?

A: I don’t know about a motto, but there is a quote that stuck with me and will often be a “light to my path” if you will. It says, “A truly awakened soul must be reawakened unnumbered times a day.” Author unknown.

Q: Why real estate?

A: Real estate is an exciting industry that is dependent upon building a network of working relationships; bringing together a diverse group of people to accomplish a mutual goal. This is my M.O., an area in which I thrive and truly love to spend my time. Bonus, I feel that by helping my customers achieve their goals, I am doing some good in my community and the world around me.
